FIBER LASER CUTTING
Fiber lasers, unlike conventional lasers, are characterized by more efficient cutting in both speed and accuracy due to their higher specific power.
This type of technology benefits from lower maintenance requirements, allowing for less intervention time and limiting downtime, resulting in increased production capacity.
The fiber laser is suitable for a wide range of industrial processes, from cutting thin sheet metal to large thicknesses. It also allows the marking of individual parts with improved logistics management and various production stages.
Officine Tironi has two Fiber Laser cutting systems: a Salvagnini laser with 6Kw power and a 1500x3000 table with an automatic magazine with 50 drawers; and a Mitsubishi 6Kw laser with a 2000x4000 table with an automatic magazine with 10 positions.
PLASMA CUTTING AND OXYFUEL CUTTING
Plasma cutting is a suitable and efficient method for cutting thicker metal materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, iron, copper, and brass.
Officine Tironi is equipped with a 3D plasma cutting system capable of cutting, beveling, and caulking sheet metal up to 40mm and an oxyfuel plant with the ability to cut sheet metal up to 200mm thick.
