The point where technology and experience meet to turn individual

Manufacturing Processes & Machinery
Industrial assembly of steel structures: assembly of light and heavy, simple and complex components, in a dedicated department of over 2,000 sqm.
Assembly is the stage in which the individual components produced through our other processes — laser cutting, bending, panelling, welding — take shape as a finished structure, ready for testing, painting or delivery. This is work that requires technical expertise, attention to detail and the ability to manage even highly complex assemblies, while maintaining consistent dimensional tolerances on every piece.
Officine Tironi dedicates over 1,000 sqm of production space to assembly, a department designed to assemble light and heavy steel structures, from single components to articulated fabrications made up of dozens of parts.
Thanks to dedicated spaces and a team of experienced fitters, we are able to handle very different orders: from the assembly of small sub-assemblies destined for integration into production lines, to large-scale structures for heavy fabrication, where positioning accuracy and assembly stability are essential requirements.
Every assembly stage is coordinated with upstream processes — cutting, bending, welding — to ensure that components arrive ready for assembly, reducing downtime and non-conformities in the final stage.

CONSTANT TOLERANCES
WITH REDUCED DELIVERY TIMES
Answers to the most common questions about this process, from lead times to manageable sizes.
We assemble light and heavy steel structures, from simple sub-assemblies to complex fabrications made up of numerous components, intended for a range of industrial sectors.
Officine Tironi's assembly department covers over 1,000 sqm, a space that allows us to handle orders of different sizes and complexity at the same time.
Assembly is carried out entirely in-house, in continuity with our other fabrication processes, to ensure maximum control over quality and timelines.
Components cut, bent, panelled and welded in our departments are assembled directly into the structure, with no external steps: this reduces production times and ensures dimensional consistency across the whole assembly.
